RO MIGHTY MITE SYSTEM 50GPD

The Mighty Mite is a complete RO (Reverse Osmosis) reef and drinking water system designed for those on a budget. Featuring three stages of filtration, this system is ideal for apartment dwellers, people on the go, or those that own campers or Recreational Vehicles. This system should also be used by people sprouting beans or making beer.

Both activities require high-quality water. This system can be taken anywhere and with a faucet diverter, you can purify water on the move. The Mighty Mite can be used on city tap water or well water as it purifies water using a Reverse Osmosis membrane. Depending upon water temperature and pressure, this unit can deliver between 20 and 50 gallons for pure drinking water a day. That's 1 to 2 gallons per hour. The pre-filters process up to 1,500 gallons of water. The Reverse Osmosis membrane lasts an average of three to five years.

The Mighty Mite weights just seven pounds and is only 15 inches long, seven inches tall, and six inches deep. For further convenience, it folds to become smaller for easier storage. The unit comes complete with a full size in-line sediment filter, a full size in-line GAC (Granulated Activated Carbon) filter, and a TFC (Thin Film Composite) RO membrane.

Also included are a faucet diverter valve, preset flow control, tubing, a diagram, and instructions. Reefkeepers may expand this unit into a full featured RO/DI system by simply adding an in-line DI cartridge. Our quick connect push-in fittings truly make this system plug-n-play!
